Our prices are per room, and include: breakfast, free access to the SPA (without massage), and free wifi internet access
Tax
Non-Chilean residents are exempted of VAT payment on room prices. In order to prove their non-residency guests will be asked a photocopy of their passport and immigration card upon arrival. Chilean residents are subject to VAT, and a 19% tax will be added to the room rate.
Reservations / booking procedures
Indigo asks for full payment of the stay on the date of reservation.
Payment
Indigo accepts payment with cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. No debit cards allowed. No traveller cheques allowed.
Cancellations
If more than 30 days prior to arrival: full refund of the amount paid on the date of reservation
If between 30 days and 10 days prior to arrival: 50% of the amount paid on the date of reservation will be refunded
If less than 10 days prior to arrival: No refund, i.e. Indigo is entitled to keep all the amount paid on the reservtaion date
No show: No refund, i.e. Indigo is entitled to keep all the amount paid on the reservtaion date |
Children
Stay is free for children under 5 years of age. Chlidren between 5 and 15 years old will have to use an extra bed and pay the corresponding price. Chldren older than 15 will be considered as adults.
Extra beds
only available for children under 15 years old, and in room types Dorotea, Corner and Suite. No adults can use extra beds. Cost is CLP 22.000 per extra bed.

Check in: 14h00, Check out: 12h00. Late check out at 17h00 can be arranged depending on availability, at a cost equivalent to 50% of the daily room rate |
