About Indigo

The Indigo is the result of the dreams of its three owners: the search for freedom and nature by Chilean climber and advertiser Hernán Jofré, the taste and elegance of Spanish chemical engineer Ana Ibañez, and the phantasmagorical vision of French economist Olivier Potart. Three different origins united by the magic of Patagonia and a strong will to create a place where travellers could mix with intrepid mountaineers and climbers and all share their experiences.

The project began in early 2005, and after a phase of common creation and design the plans were ready for construction, which started in January 2006. Finally Indigo opened its doors on December 10th 2006, and has been a thriving success since.
